Famous, Rich and Homeless

"Filthy Rich and Famous" and "Famous, Rich and Homeless" are two BBC series about rich and famous people who experience what it is like to live on the streets of London accompanied by someone who has done it for several years.

Five celebrities undertake ten days of sleeping rough, soup runs and hostels in a bid to put homelessness in the spotlight. They spend their first three days and nights sleeping rough in London. Each is then paired with a homeless 'buddy' with a history of abuse, drink or drug problems. Emotions run high as they struggle to cope in this harsh environment.

The celebrities are: a former tennis star, television entertainer, journalist and writer, former actor in a popular daytime soap opera, and a marquis (royalty).
