Bill Hamilton is a well known researcher of DUMBs [deep underground military bases] and was influential on the current DUMB researcher Richard Sauder.

In it Bill discusses the C.O.G. program, UFO/Alien crash retrieval and alien types in detail as well as going into the fact that around the globe since the 1960s the covert groups representing the military industrial complex have built vast bases, some the size of small cities, to continue their operations unseen and protected.

In addition he discusses his contact with an insider from one of these facilities who blew the whistle and has been on the run ever since.
