An interview with Dimitri Khalezov, a former officer with Soviet nuclear intelligence, officially known as the Special Control Service of the 12th Chief Directorate of the Defense Ministry, discussing the use of pre-planted underground nukes in the destruction of the WTC. According to Khalezov the building code of New York at the time of construction required a demolition scheme to be in place before the construction of any new skyscrapers was allowed. Because "peaceful nukes" were considered acceptable at the time this scheme was accepted.

He details how this scheme was implemented, information he says was shared with the Soviets under the Peaceful Nuclear Explosions Treaty of 1976. He also explains how those in control of the demolition system on 9-11 were duped into triggering it by being made to believe that nukes had been delivered to the twin towers by the planes, and could destroy all of NYC if detonated above ground. How this was accomplished is a fascinating story involving nuclear armed Granit missiles that were stolen from the sunken Soviet submarine Kursk prior to its recovery, and one of which struck the Pentagon (with warhead unarmed), leaving a very specific calling card.
