New Zealand in the spotlight [v20100127alpha] three strikes and youre OUT!

Hello from New Zealand.

I am becoming increasingly concerned about a couple of specific things going on here, of late, which I dont think the MSM are covering adequately. Namely:
1. 'three strikes youre out' type legislation just passed -- as in being locked up, not piracy...
2. prisons being privatised
