I don't accept your claim. It is well known that Hamas is despised by Gazans, who haven't had a chance to vote them out since 2007. They're an organized crime network, routinely shaking down Gazans and running the black market.

Easy part: Have an election. Hamas will be voted out.
Hard part: Stop Israel from interfering in Gaza's government*.
Israel could maintain their fake blockade against weapons import, but they need Hamas' army to have weapons as an excuse to keep murdering Gazans. That is why Israel sells weapons to Hamas, through proxies.
If they stopped doing that and recognized Palestine as a sovereign nation, these problems will diminish greatly. But Israel will never recognize Palestine because they want greater Israel "from the river to the sea". They want all of Palestine. Do you disagree?
