11PM DEAD BIRD MYSTERY
Richard welcomes an independent researcher specializing in zoonotic diseases to discuss the mysterious deaths of as many as 5000 blackbirds in Arkansas on New Year's Eve. Possible theories involve lightning, hail and fireworks, but laboratories in Arkansas, Georgia and Wisconsin hope to find a more definitive answer after a week of testing. Meanwhile, on Monday, , state biologists were gathering up some of the approximately 500 blackbirds and starlings that lay dead along Louisiana Route 1 near Pointe Coupee Central High School for testing.

Americans have theorized that everything from fallout from secret government weapons testing to ufo collisions downed the birds in Arkansas. But the newly-discovered bird rain in Louisiana is likely to focus more serious attention to the plight of blackbirds now bundled in winter flocks that can number over 100,000 birds.

A foreign intelligence service is reporting that the real target of the supposed crazed, lone gunman, and likey 'programmed assassin, was US Federal Judge John McCarthy Roll. The judge, according to the report had, just 72 hours earlier, run afoul of the White House after he made a critical ruling against the Obama administrations plan to begin the confiscation of their citizen’s private retirement and banking accounts in order to stave off their nations imminent economic collapse , and after having the US Marshals protecting him removed.
