Crimes of the Civil War and Curse of the Funding System by Henry Clay Dean <~~~a must read for anyone who wants to understand what happened to america. america was no overthrown in 1913; it happened over 50 years before that. Read this book and you'll find out how lincoln really wasn't against the bankers but was actually very good friends with them. This was published in 1868
