A caller to the May 26 2010 10 am Intelligence Report and says that the Gulf leak has now turned into a volcano and then freaks out saying "its over with".

Mark takes command of the situation,stays calm through the whole call turns the tables and offers to pick the guys stuff up since the guy won't be needing his stuff anymore since "its the end of the world as we know it".

Absolutely perfect the way Mark handled it. This is a great example for us on how to handle situations like this.
