This is one of the best broadcasts I have ever heard on this subject...For those who have been awake for quite awhile or for just waking up to whats going on, ...this is a must listen ...it may help answer some long sought questions that you may have had.

Overview and Highlights

Pretty deep discussion about corporations, ucc, constitution, commerce, US vs USA, strawman, 14th amendment. Joyce Rosenwald and Pete Nice discusses those subjects and takes on issues like why we paid England for war reparations if we supposedly won the war. The land that is the United States of America was never transferred to the United States of America after the Revolutionary War. There is a difference between The United States and The United States of America . The United States is the corporate entity of that which is the commerce side. Our republic that we started out with ...ended in 1861 we entered into a re-created government by Lincoln called The Democracy. That Democracy was by military rule. Because the country could not be taken over by military rule, both systems ran side by side, the common law and the 14th amendment ran up to about 1930.

Martial rule rule comes under emergency, which is a 14th amendment citizen. The emergency is to protect the 14th amendment citizen. June 5 1933 is really the official date for the "emergency" which is really the date of the "Gold clause"... Our whole system of common law allodial/allodium title and gold and silver money in one fell swoop was bankrupted by our own government by over extending gold contracts to foreign customers. We have never come out of that state of emergency.

When you are born your birth certificate goes to the department of commerce and it is turned into "negotiable instruments" . When you go and fill out a mortgage, your forms are turned into a negotiable instruments and sold...your home is already paid for.... But all you have is equity...if you pay it off...

How does what is happening in Arizona and illegal immigration fit in all of this... it is about immigration bonds and profits...most interesting answer... When the immigrant signs on for their appearance in court ...they are automatically bonded. The governor of Arizona signed the "Dream Act" which gives in state tuition to illegal aliens...why did she sign the (immigration) law and then raise hell about immigration? Because of the illegal activity of the drug smuggling has reached such a climax. The people coming across the border are being used as mules to carry the narcotics, so it reached a point where she had to do something.

Why is the Fed so bent out of shape over Arizona? Because normally the Fed would get the bonds...The immigration bonds. Interesting to note that the Governor of California has not signed "The Dream Act". The act invites illegal aliens in to take advantage of the education system. Why would the Governor of Arizona sign it but the Governor of California has not?

Caller asks if the Noahide laws proclaimed by George Bush Sr in 1991 are binding on all Americans. The Islamic religion approves of the Noahide laws. (Those unfamiliar with the Noahide laws...please look it up...It permits decapitation for those accused of blasphemy...you need to know more about these laws...it is already on the books).
