Panorama: London under attack was broadcast on BBC One on Sunday, 16 May 2004 at 22:15 BST

This film presents a mock exercise of what might happen in London if there was a terror attack in the near future, involving explosions in the London underground and road vehicles. Of course you all know by now that the following year a terrorist attack did actually take place on 7/7 2005 on London buses and tube trains!

As events unfold, Panorama and a team of specialists reveal gaps in our preparations. The eight-strong team includes people with first hand knowledge of intelligence, emergency planning, police, fire, government and media management. It was one of the programs referred to in the documentary "7/7 Ripple Effect" as an example of media manipulation. I think it is a clear example of predictive programming where we are presented with the opinions of experts in a fictional work which prepare us for the acceptance of a future reality. A late night spook-a-thon priming the masses for the despicable events to come in 2005.

Incredibly, one of the speciallists used by the BBC for this program was Peter Power (a crisis management speciallist from the Visor Consulting company) and he just happened to be running a mock terrorist drill on the morning of 7/7 2005 in the London underground, a year after making this spooky Panorama program and on the same morning as the actual terrorist attacks!
