Perscription for nutritional healing, Balch & Balch, 3rd Edition

As a veteran in the field of alternative medicine for the past 11 years, there's no book that I'd recommend over this one. I started off learning from this book, and have suggested its courses of treatment hundreds, if not thousands of times. Anyone who has followed all of the suggestions under "the disorders" segment has seen marked improvement, many of them in a very short time.

This is the third edition- the last edition before the authors went through bitter divorce proceeding, and intellectual property disputes necessitated the removal of large portions of this comprehensive reference. It is now out of print, and the only hard copies you'll ever be able to find will be used (probably heavily.)

This was my bible in learning alternative health theory, and is priceless.
