Presage - Outer Perimeter

Mr. Dibbs, DJ Jel and MC Dose of the 1200 Hobos. Not straight hip hop MC material, but instead, an atmospheric mix of samples, beats and spoken work bits. All the tracks, all 13 of them, deal with various conspiracy theories in an abstract way -- from the Illuminati to the New World Order and Trilateralism to credit cards and bar codes, but they've still got a sense of humor. A 60 minute sound collage that could be background music of sorts, but still keeps your attention.
