Project Blue Beam Spirals

An excellent VIEW of the blue, swirling "phenomena" that had appeared once in either Norway or Sweden over a month ago, and now, coinciding with the Haitian earthquake, it has apparently appeared over China.

Senior agenda-analysts think this is HAARP scalar (longitudinal) weapons using extremely high amounts of RF, or Radio Frequency energy.

This post is a plea for more information about this topic. Any comments, links, pics, theories, evidence, audios, videos, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
