Although it is relatively unknown, number stations have been on shortwave for many years and baffle the listeners as they discover the interfering transmission of a strange robotic voice reading numbers in sequences, along with musical loops and melody's playing too.
Whats different about this is, it's playing on satellite tv(unverified claim). The video has a mind control feel to it, as if it was developed by a handler. It consists of strange imagery, abstract camera angles, and closeups on random things - while all along the numbers are being stated...

"So recently, I got Satellite TV (and oh my god, it is so awesome!). Anyway, I was flipping through the channels one night (I think sometime around 11pm), and I came in halfway through this video. I watched thinking the channel was an independent film channel or something, but after the video, the channel went dead. There was nothing. I told my friend Mike about this, and he thought it was some kind of pirate reality hacking broadcast made by artists like those that did the ATHF LED displays a couple years ago that the BPD thought were bombs. Anyway, we turned it to that channel again at 11pm, and after about 10 minutes, it came on, and I recorded it! This one is different though, because the video and the numbers cut off before the song ends. Last time, it ran all the way to the end of the song. (And the video hasnt been broadcast again.) Anyway, I showed it to my friend Joe, and he thinks its something called a Numbers Station video (I think thats what he called it). Numbers stations are these really creepy things all over the world that broadcast numbers that most governments apparently refuse to comment on. Some peoples theories are theyre used for drug trafficking, and communicating with spies. Since its being broadcast to a large area that makes it nearly impossible to identify who received it. Im not saying what channel it was on because Im afraid someone might come and get me if I did!"
