Emanuel Swedenborg (1688-1772) was the "founder" of spiritualism which swept from Sweden across Europe, reaching the American shores at the beginning of America as a nation. But, Swedenborg, the man, did not start this spiritualism movement as he was not a charismactic individual. It was his books that spread around the world. This documentary explains much about the influence of Swedenborg upon famous people and famous spiritual movements. A must see film for students of spiritualty and world religions.
