I always thought that schizophrenics, OCD and anxiety/depression disordered people should probably avoid psychedelics, but now it seems close to being mainstream that many psychedelics can be used for PTSD and depression etc. I am not sure if you can mix them with psychiatric drugs - which would probably be a problem for many people! And always everyone says the best way to do this, for mental health, is with a therapist or with someone you trust nearby, who can help if you start having a bad trip. That's always my concern, but apparently many of the experiences with these compounds are more gentle in nature...
